1. Kundi Ramashia-Dube

Kundi is a Partner at Tshabuse Ramashia-Dube Inc (TRD Inc), a 100% black and
female owned law firm in the heart of Bryanston, Sandton. She is a Family Law specialist with
over 10 years of legal experience under her belt.

Kundi was the only black female and youngest Family Advocate in the Office of The Family
Advocate, Johannesburg, where she worked for 5 years. Having begun her career at one of
the top rated international Law Firms in the country, Kundi has not only practiced as an
attorney in private practice; but also spread her wings as a law lecturer and Supervising
Attorney at a National legal NGO. Kundi holds a Bcom Law and an LLB degree and is currently
pursuing her Notary Public qualification.

2. Boniwe Dunster

Boniwe is an IPM Human Resources Practitioner of the Year Finalist (2022)
with over 16 years’ experience from various industries (Manufacturing, Management
Consulting and Financial Services). She is passionate about education, people
development, fairness in the workplace, community projects and uses her work and
general life experience together with the networks she has built over the years to
educate people about the world of work, it’s everyday dynamics and how to navigate
its complexities. She is the founder of Blue Eagle Human Capital Practice, which
was found in November 2021 with the aim of simplifying HR Concepts and making
HR advisory and services available to everyone.

3. Ndumi Hadebe

Ndumi is a published author of Handle Black Tax Like a Pro – Setting Boundaries, Improving
Relationships and Achieving Freedom, a book about how to strike a healthy balance of helping family
or relatives while allowing space for personal financial goals – through the practice of healthy
boundaries.

She has more than a decade of corporate experience and another as an entrepreneur – consulting in
as a capacity development expert for world renowned brands such Deloitte, Ernst & Young, Nordex
SA, Sasfin Bank, University of Johannesburg and Bureau Veritas Zambia. Her business endeavours
are supported by a BCom in Marketing and an NLP Certificate for Coaches and a deliberate ongoing
lifestyle of learning.
